A simple beef recipe to make for dinner. You need few ingredients to make a delicious and different dinner.

Ingredients:

• 1 kg of meat (topside), 10 steaks
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 200 g bacon
• 1 carrot
• Salt
• Pepper
• 200 g tomato sauce
• 1 cup of water

Method:

Cut the bacon and carrot into strips.

Pique or grind in the processor, the onion and garlic.

Take a steak, put a slice of bacon and a slice of carrot and roll it up. Stick two toothpicks to secure and not let it unfold. Do this process with all the steaks.

Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pressure cooker, fry the rolls little by little until they are toasted.

Return all the rolls to the same pan, add the onion with the garlic, the tomato sauce, the water and season with salt and pepper.

Cover the pan and cook under pressure for 15 minutes.

Release the pressure and open the pan, cook for a few more minutes to reduce the liquid volume. Remove and serve.
