Supreme Court: NO More Making It Up As You Go

The Supreme Court finds for the plaintiffs in Sackett V EPA, drastically limiting the scope of the agency's power to enforce the Clean water act. This is another example of executive agencies making it up as they go. This draws several parallels to what the ATF has been doing recently and, as we have seen, I'm sure 2A organizations will use this precedent to great effect in their arguments going forward
