Chicago: Two Men Charged for Attempted Carjacking of Concealed Carry Holder

Two men were caught trying to carjack a concealed carry holder in Chicago yesterday! Thankfully, the concealed carry holder had the means to defend themselves and the two were quickly taken into police custody.
