In the movie clip Dr. Pamela Lillian Isley is attacked by a fellow scientist. This attack makes her one with nature. After her transformation she returns from the depths of the earth as Poison Ivy to get revenge on the scientist that had attacked her. She then turns her attention on her arch nemesis Bruce Wayne. Aka, Batman. Enlisting the help of fellow supervillain Bane.
