House Freedom Caucus Considering Removal of McCarthy as Speaker

JUST IN: The House Freedom Caucus appears to be considering removing McCarthy as Speaker if he goes forward with the Biden national debt deal.

"Were the bill to go forward, would you file a motion the vacate the chair?"

"I will let each member speak for themselves but for me I am focused on defeating this bill. What happens post that and the agreements that we have, we will decide once we have determined the disposition of this bill in its finality."
