Where Have All the Good Garmin Products Gone?

I just purchased a Garmin 106SV Ultra and have already taken it back. This is what I thought of it

Issues
1. Can't register normally, only through a back door method
2. Active Captain doesn't work
3. Bad Navionics waypoint integration
4. Bad waypoint management
