Preparing and Eating Palm Heart - Swamp Cabbage

Today I'm with Jean and we are preparing and eating palm heart otherwise known as swamp cabbage or saw palmetto. These palmettos grow like mad here in the Spanish countryside. The palmetto is known for some great health benefits, they say eating saw palmetto berries or dates are a cure for many prostrate problems. We will have to look into that further in the future!
