" Abraham jumps right in to explain that at this level of understanding we know what negative emotion is, and therefore we can use to our advantage. When we have a negative emotion we can pivot to a different thought, sort of like switching trains, because we catch early on and that elevates our personal vibrational stance. For example, you remember a thought of a negative conversation with a dear family member. Instead of criticizing them for there reaction, or worse criticizing yourself for the way you responded you say you know that was unpleasant, but what is it that I do want? I want great relationships, that includes this family member, help me inner being, and universal forces to seize better opportunities for creating that desire. I leave this in your capable hands, I know I am doing the best that I can ,and I know their inner being feels the same as my inner being does. Now how do I want to feel in this moment? Now it is important to remember we accomplish these sorts of thoughts and ideas, when we are in alignment or close to the vortex.
