Insurrection Act: Questioning the military's role in civil unrest

There is some pushback to President Trump's threat to use active duty military personnel to stop the civil unrest around the country. One local legal scholar says the President does have the legal right to do so, but some Democratic lawmakers say it's a very bad idea.
