Philip Schneider, a government geologist and engineer with over 17 years of experience working on government black projects, was one of the most important whistleblowers in modern history.

He co-invented methods used in shaped charge explosives research to facilitate the building of underground military bases as well as submarine bases, carrying Rhyolite security clearance. Phil was one of only three survivors of the now infamous human/alien war at Dulce in New Mexico.

Phil had been on lecture tour for two years, speaking out about military underground bases, alien agenda and UFO phenomena.

He kept telling everyone “If I ever commit suicide, I was murdered”. He died from strangulation on January 17, 1996, the authorities somehow ruled his death a suicide.
