The Real Reason I Workout Every Day (NOT about how I look)

The real reason that I workout every day. It's not about my physical physique, it's not about how I look, and it's not even about how strong I get. The real reason I work out is quite simple. See, in our industry it's really high stress. It can be really high anxiety, and we're constantly attached to the buzzing device of our phone and notifications, and it is so hard to unplug.

So the reason that I work out every day and I run every single day and then lift weights here Monday, Wednesday, Friday. And you know, just put everything back on my rack is for my mental health. And when I say my mental health, it's about stepping away from things. It's about burning off that anxiety and busy mind.

It's about stress management and stress relief. And beyond that, it's about my performance in my day-to-day life and in my work that if I can maintain the discipline, no matter how tired I am, no matter what I have on my mind. It helps me perform at my peak by staying disciplined and learning that I am stronger than my excuses.
