STIR YOURSELF FOR A HIGHER DIMENSION OF ANOINTING

There is a fair amount of teaching on the need for teamwork and body life in our Christian walk. After all, we are a family and family group for strength and prosperity. So the idea of joining ourselves is not only scriptural, but it's necessary and practical to get some jobs done.
And just as it is in the natural world, so it is in our spiritual walk in the kingdom of God. If you mature in your development, at some point, you will be walking alone more than walking as a group.
We're not talking here about church life or small groups; I'm referring to your journey into the spiritual world where God lives.
We call it the anointing.
When we first engage that realm of anointing, it's usually accidental or in a gathering where someone pulled it into the group.
It's like a child being dressed in the morning by his mother. When he's older, he has to learn to dress himself. So it is when you grow in your relationship with the anointing you will develop a personal key that opens the door for you to enter that special place that God calls you to.
The apostle Paul told his spiritual son, Timothy, to stir up the gifts already in him that were given to him by the laying on of hands. In the Old Testament, Samson stirred himself, and the anointing came upon him to do mighty exploits.
It seems that part of our faith walk is to discover how we can stir ourselves and release that realm of anointing that we desire and must have to fulfill God's purpose.
Some of us sing while others may pray. It's common to speak in tongues until the Spirit of God shifts within you. Or, your anointing may be released by remembering the glory of the last encounter and then stepping in through that doorway.
Challenge yourself to learn the secrets of releasing the power of God within by shaking and stirring, and awakening the gifts of God that are resident within you.
