Shining in the Darkness: Old-School Charm Wins Again

Shining in the Darkness isn't typically my style of RPG, but I gave it a shot and dammit, it won me over.

Developed by Sonic! Software Planning (now Camelot), Shining in the Darkness (released as "Shining and the Darkness" in Japan) is a 1991 first-person dungeon crawler for Sega Genesis. It has seen numerous re-releases over the years, often as part of Genesis compilations.
