Turmeric Ginger Infused Water
Batch prep this lemon ginger tumeric water into ice cubes to use anytime you want. Blend up 1-2 peeled lemons, 1-2 Tsp. Turmeric or tumeric root 1-2 knobs, 3-4 dashes black pepper, 2” fresh ginger, 16 Oz spring water, 1 teaspoons chia seeds (optional), 1 tbsp Irish Sea Moss (optional). Blend Well. Pour into ice cubes tray. Freeze. Use a couple ice cubes daily, with 6 Oz water. Serve hot or cold.
