Marvel Comics Says F U to Customers!

Marvel is releasing a series of foil variant covers, and retailers are not getting their usual discount, or a discount at all when they purchase these covers. This forces retailers to charge above the listed price for these covers, thereby taking the heat for the price increase instead of Marvel. But hey, retailers are the lifeblood of the comic industry, so why treat them this way?
