In the New Testament, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles occurred on Shavuot. This festival therefore celebrates true, Biblical worship. GOD gave both the Truth of HIS Word (Scripture) and HIS Spirit on Shavuot, thus enabling HIS people to worship in Spirit and Truth.
