Good Morning and Happy Memorial Day! On this last Monday in May, we give our endless thanks to those members of the United States Armed Forces who gave their life in defense of our system of law and liberty—in defense of our individual freedoms. Thank you and may God rest your souls.

Today feels like one of those streams where Norm and Mike will not make it all the way through the list, but here is said list:

› The Boston Celtics pulled out a miraculous win on Saturday night in Miami against the Heat, to even the Eastern Conference Finals series at 3-3 to force a Game 7 tonight in the Garden. Norm and Mike break down the final seconds.
› The case is Mata v. Avianca. Plaintiff's counsel filed a brief to the court which cited cases referenced by ChatGPT. The problem? The cases do not exist. But wait, there's more. Rather than admit the err of their ways, plaintiff's counsel went back and asked ChatGPT to write the non-existent opinions—and then submitted those to the Court.
