Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 package of wonton wrappers
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried mint
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Take a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of the filling in the center. Fold the wrapper into a triangle and press the edges to seal.
Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and filling.
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the wontons and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the top.
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt and water.
In a pan, melt the butter and add the paprika and dried mint
