Virgin Galactic's Unity Returns to Flight in Preparation for Commercial Service

Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic rocket plane, Unity, successfully completes its final test flight before commencing commercial operations in June. The flight reached the edge of space, carrying two pilots and four Galactic employees in the passenger cabin to assess the customer experience.

Over 800 tickets have been sold for future Unity flights, and the company plans to gradually increase the frequency to one flight per week by 2026. The recent mission follows the announcement of winning bids for Virgin Orbit assets, as the company aims to rebound from its previous bankruptcy filing.

Would you consider taking a trip aboard a spaceplane like Virgin Galactic's Unity? Why or why not?
