Intelligence Orb Flashes. Orbs Everywhere

The flashing Orb is actually flashing twice each time. I was tired and it was late so I didn't notice the importance of it until I was reviewing the video. There is no explanation for the flashing. nothing around me . I was alone as Christian had already left after capturing the large Spheres with me As always I hope you enjoy the video.
