John Wick 5 in Early Development

John Wick 5 anyone?
JW5 is already in early development, along with Ballerina, Sofia Al-Azwar movie, and a Mel Gibson The Continental lead tv series. So apparently were going to be getting a John Wick Cinematic Universe on par with Marvel. (Is that a good thing?)
