The four capabilities the F-16 brings to Ukraine are:
1. The AMRAAM which helps provide air superiority.
2. The HARM to destroy Russian Air Defense system radar.
3. PGM or precision guided munitions delivery to destroy high value ground targets.
4 The Harpoon missile for striking ships that carry cruise missiles.
