Let's look at a hypothetical scenario in which the Capitol's military forces of Panem waged conventional war against the United States military of today. Who would come out victorious? Let’s look at this argument from a variety of angles. Throughout The Hunger Games franchise, we’ve witnessed the overly aggressive and exploitative maneuvers of the Capitol’s Peacekeeper military force.
