Federal minister of health Pakistan violated Data Protection Act against Imran Khan

Federal minister of Health Mr Abdul Qadir Patel BA and 5 members of the doctors in the medical board from Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences ( PIMS) constituted by the government have violated Data Protection Act of Patients care implemented in 1996 , amended in March 2000, and 2018 .

According to Patients Confidentially Act and Medical Ethics has been breeches by publicising X Prime Minister of Pakistan , X- PM of Pakistan Mr Imran Khan’s Medical report publicly in a press conference on 25/05/2023.

This is a serious crime including case against defamation , breech of Data Protection Act and Medical ethics which is serious crime.

We the doctors community abroad have seen Imran khan’s mecical report which shows normal bloods , Urine and other tests. On the statement of Mr Patel ( mouth piece) of government Imran khan can not be questioned about his mental and physical health on this medical report .

I wonder on what basis they are declaring him mentally unfit ? It’s totally biased and discriminatory approach beyond our imagination.
It’s not understandable that how can a BA pass person who doesn’t know ABC of medicine be appointed as a Federal Health Minister ? That’s the reason the level of medical education, and health services are deteriorating rapidly within the country because of lack of vision and capabilities .

The entire effort of the Government of Pakistan and the Military Junta is trying the level best to disqualify Imran Khan from next election because they are scared of him for the accountability of the long standing dictatorship, corruption , crimes committed against humanity and destruction of public domains and health and education.

But they should be able to understand and admit that Mr Imran Khan is a Legend and he will be back with 3/4 of majority.
