1. You are the hero and you are struggling for a reason

2. 6:48 - STEP1: You have a villian: yourself. He's the guy who does exactly what he wants to do (gyms consistently, etc.) regardless of what he feels. Task: write down all things your villian will do (examples 8:08). 25-30 points long (minimum). Write down EVERY SINGLE QUALITY he does. EVERYTHING. Imagine what he looks like, walks, talks, and how people see him.

3. 14:46 - STEP 2: Develop an Ego. "You can only have an iron mind if you are so sure of yourself that nothing can break it"

4. 16:33 - Most people's Egos work against them (I deserve a nice car, but i don't have one). Instead try: "I deserve a nice car so ima go get one." He put in the hard work. Your other person is beating you, day, after day, after day. Every single day.

5. 19:00 - If you beat your personal best, that is the only time you beat your enemy. Best PR, more money, talking to girls, etc.

6. 21:55 - STEP 3: It's difficult to have gratitude for things you have abundance in. Reduce the time and energy spent on the things you like so you appreciate it more.

7. 24:10 - Examples: drinking alcohol

8. 25:10 - A grateful mind is a happy mind. Gratitude comes from scarcity.

9. 26:00 - For the next 3-4 days, either choose to drink or eat. You can't do both. Use this as a moment to remember it to call back on. Put yourself in a situation of extreme stress, then relieve it (2 hrs of sleep for 2 days, not eating food/water together). You can also come up with your own extreme stress situations. You can actively write out how this feels to help remember it.

10. 31:30 - STEP 4: Rewards and goals

11. 42:19 - STEP 5: Mind hacks. Change "I have to" to "I get to" (obligation vs a choice). Add "And then I get can" at the end of a hard thing. "I get to go to the gym, and then i can relax".
