How to make a Acai SUPERFOOD Protein Smoothie with the Recipe
This is a solid protein smoothie that has a really nice flavour to it, if you're a fan of berries, and or acai! To make this you will need:

1 cup of milk
1-2 tablespoons of greek yogurt
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
140g of frozen fruit including acai.

If you fall along the way that I made it, you'll get yourself a delicious protein smoothie that has a load of goodness in it. If she has seeds, give you a bit of fibre and extra protein, and then the açai superfood blend gives you all the antioxidants ! It taste great, and it provides a good boost in proteins as well
