The "No Escape?" mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City requires Tommy Vercetti to break Cam Jones out of police custody to use him as a safe-cracker for a bank job. Tommy must wear a police uniform, locate a key card, and release Jones from the holding cells. This triggers a police chase, which Tommy must escape before driving Jones to his home in Little Havana [2]. In the Malibu Club questline, the "No Escape" mission requires Tommy to break Cam Jones out of prison, escort him out while shooting police officers, and escape in a fast car to recolor it at the nearest Pay 'n' Spray. Tommy then drives Jones back to the club to complete the mission [1]. The dressing room to change into the police uniform is located to the left upon entering the Police Station in Washington Beach, and the uniform can be unlocked at the Vercetti Estate
