“Padak Bihar” is a mission to bring recognition and honor to the sports world of Bihar. To get everyone aware of the sports spirit and support them to be Stardom.“Padak Bihar” is a Talent Research & Development programme in the field of Sports. This programme is run & managed by MR. Mayannk. Bihar has huge talents in different sports but they are being wasted due to lack of support and platforms. This programme is designed and developed for those talents who are waiting for their turn to show their potential. In order to uplift the standard of sports recently revamped the format of the tournaments by ensuring greater competitiveness. To further popularize the tournaments and encourage spectator participation at sports, Padak Bihar is now undertaking several activities which are expected to create a healthy competition among teams and players thereby contribute towards the objectives of raising the standards of domestic level to National levels whilst increasing spectator following of players, teams and tournaments. These tournaments would see the participation of current and future national players when not representing the country at national events.
