Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr. is known as the 'Nostradamus of the Art World' because his paintings foreshadow events. But it's not that he can see the future; it's that as an artist, he has met the people who forge our future.

The New York-born Hispanic-American artist lived through the Chinese Coronavirus Pandemic Outbreak inside China. He escaped China two hours before the last border closed, the very day the Wuhan virus whistleblower, Dr. Li Wenliang, died.

The Veteran U.S. Naval Academy Midshipman Officer and Whistleblower served alongside Carter Page in the Class of 1993 at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.

He has been stuck in the former Soviet Union Republic of Georgia near the border with Russia and Turkey since February 2020, when he appeared on the Georgian Television News station Obiek TV. During that interview, he warned the world, saying, "It's not the end of the world, but it is the beginning of the end of the world as we know it."

A dissident American Refugee, the Nostradamus of the Art World, Maverick Artist Victor-Hugo shares modern art gonzo journalism with global citizens on his Rumble and BitChute channels which can be accessed thru his website www.victorhugocollection.com.

Victor-Hugo claims that his job is not to be politically correct; It is to witness, observe, analyze, and document the beautiful chaos that surrounds us all so that future generations can understand how we got to this moment in time.
