Relax Far Infrared Sauna compared to a Barrell sauna

Ray is familiar with using Barrel saunas. He tries a Relax Sauna for 5-7 minutes and then compares the Relax Sauna to a Barrel sauna.

What he is describing is how far infrared is absorbed by the water molecules in the body. Generating internal heat, which raises core temperature fast.
