traditional medical society"
He & David Asprey were in a forum
where someone brought up a
meta-analysis: very poorly done...
-chose very weak studies
-50% did not take a blood level!
-most: too low a dose of vitamin D
-and not for long enough time

"Vitamin D must be maintained in body"
-if reserve is low, must fill it up
-must take a blood test to know
"When I discovered that vitamin D is
a hormone...I was angry"
-not until age 48 did any doctor
advise or check vitamin D levels
-suffered from Crohn's Disease...bad
"I feature vitamin D because it has been
swept under the rug for decades...
[Dr Weston Price researched this]

Observational research by Dr Weston
Price in 1930s revealed importance of
vitamin D3, A, and K2...
-outrageous that
NOT TAUGHT IN DENTAL SCHOOL

Question: how much sun? supplements?
-if you stay out of the sun it is bad!
-when possible get sunlight
-in winter, in north, can't get it from sun
[so need to supplement]
"First thing your doctor should ask you,
'are you supplementing vitamin D?'
'Let's get a level check'
"No one on planet will get first diagnosis
of cancer with a high vitamin D level!"
-no one checks, think milk has enough
