Is it possible that some of the what are considered to be psychoactive experiences gained from cannabis.. that they actually are in part brought on by the non psychoactive element CBD?

All right as many probably know have smoked marijuana for approximately 22 years. Over that time however I never really truly experienced CBD. Usually when purchased through traditional means of the past hundred years being the less than savory purchases we have not been able to designate a CBD Rich strain in order to experience an experiment with that element of the cannabinoid profile.
Actually it wasn't until a few Brothers in Colorado decided to bring out the gene which increases CBD potency in the plant that marijuana begin being grown as CBD rich flower.
Some of the things I figured out about CBD while medicating with this blue shark live sap left me in question as to how much I really do understand about THC.
For example it is only 30% THC therefore the psychoactive element is much lower than my typical 80 to 90% concentrate. That said it also has a 45% CBD level allowing me to experience the full potential and benefits of CBD without having the psychoactive experience of the THC override the sensation.
People often confuse the euphoric effects associated with CBD to being psychoactively medicated, if they have not had a true psychoactive THC experience.
