The united states just “found” an additional $3 billion to send to Ukraine. They say that it was an accounting error that happened when they “overestimated the value” of aid being sent to Ukraine.
So this doesn’t mean that the U.S. will now sent more, it means that the U.S. has already sent more. But who cares, its not like the U.S. will audit itself. It would fail an audit to be sure. Meanwhile Russia says NATO's escalation could lead to nuclear war.
