Do you love what vou see when you look in the mirror?

Sheryl Lee Ralph put it all into perspective so very simply and I’m sure inspired many.

We really can be our own worst critics, and I don’t know about you, but I can look in the mirror and sometimes see a complete mess.

What we don’t see though are the lives we’ve touched, or the people we’ve saved. We don’t see all the love we’ve given freely, or the extraordinary memories we’ve made. You and I are a book of beautiful moments and feelings ❤️

Self love is the ability to feel beautiful, without needing someone to tell us. We don’t need ANY type of outside validation.
