Professor Gigi Foster is a brilliant academic and economist based at the University of New South Wales in Sydney Australia.

Professor Foster was educated at Yale (BA in Ethics, Politics, and Economics) and Maryland University (PhD in Economics).

Professor Foster is a regular panellist on the ABC and the host of her own excellent podcast The Economists with Peter Martin on ABC Radio National. https://www.abc.net.au/radionational/programs/the-economists

Professor Foster was named Young Economist of the Year in 2019 by the Economic Society of Australia and caused a meltdown in the media following her appearance on Q & A in July 2020 when she criticised the brutal COVID-Zero Approach taken in Australia in an effort to curb the spread of the virus.
