First day on the new allotment.
Lots to be done! It is massively overgrown, needs plenty of work and a shed.
The allotment is currently full of nettles, which have their purpose when it comes to growing, but also can be made into tea! The tea can be a good source of polyphenols.
The plot isn’t completely lacking in food to begin with, as the previous owner was growing spud, leeks, rhubarb and mint.
Join me on my journey to making this a viable allotment full of produce!
