Product Info for Swampfox Saber 5x36mm 4 MOA Prism Scope
Saber is the most immersive 5x prism scope on the market, featuring a true ten-degree field of view and fast, forgiving eye box. Versatility is key with the integrated ambidextrous 90degree sidecar mounts for our Sentinel dot sight, giving you the ability to transition from 1x to 5x at rapid-fire speed. Don't let the size fool you, Saber is the same weight as an LPVO, but provides a more durable body with a superior sight picture. Illumination is available in red or green, with Shake N Wake motion sensing auto on/off and all the other perks you've come to expect from Swampfox prism scopes. Go big or go home with the Saber 5x!image

5x prism scopes offer great optical clarity and mid-range precision in a simple, compact package, but at the cost of poor situational awareness and a tight eye box. Until now!

Swampfox took the 10-degree field of view technology from their successful 3x Trihawk prism and scaled it up to full 5x magnification. The result is Saber, offering ground breaking eye box and field of view characteristics that dominate your field of fire. They stopped at nothing to craft a 5x prism experience that exceeds anything you have ever looked through before.

When you look through Saber, you simply see more. Much more than you would see through any other optic set to 5x magnification, including their own precision scopes and LPVOs. Its not even close.

Compared to other 5x prism scopes, at 100 yards you'll see over 10 ft more from edge to edge when you're aiming with a Saber. That means seeing more targets at once, driving the rifle from target to target faster, and tracking moving targets like game animals with more confidence than any other 5x optic in the world.

Saber 5x shares the advanced reticle illumination technology found in our Blade and Trihawk prism scopes. Choose from red or green illumination versions.

After 225 seconds without motion, Sabers proven Shake N Wake system shuts off reticle illumination to preserve battery life. As soon as you pick up your rifle, illumination instantly returns to the previous setting. Like Blade and Trihawk, Saber uses a CR123a battery for better battery life than CR2032-powered competitor optics.

Sabers chemically etched reticle and fast focus adjustable ocular present a clean, crisp, and fast sight picture for nearly any shooters eyes. Sabers reticle cannot wash out like red dots can, and in the event of a sudden battery failure, the reticle is still usable in black.

Sabers Strike MOA reticle offers a thick illuminated ring drawing your eye to the center for fast snap shooting, and a fine center cross for precision shots. Its a fast, instinctive reticle that is easy to learn and use. It also features 42 MOA of vertical holdover, extending the effective range for shooters using 300BLK, 7.62x39, or similar rounds with significant bullet drop.

Where the LPVO is considered the Jack of all trades for rifle optics, Saber is taking the game to the next level. 5x magnification can be too much up close, so we built in dual 90degree sidecar optic mounts to add a Sentinel back up dot sight. Cant the rifle over about 30deg for close quarters, then use the Strike MOA etched reticle to dominate medium range engagement. No other 5x prism solves the CQB problem, but Saber does. The only way to understand the superior shooting experience Saber has to offer over an LPVO is by seeing it for yourself.

Saber is a full size, fully featured prism scope, and at first glance it looks big and heavy. But Saber is less than 6 inches long and weighs the same as their Tomahawk or Arrowhead LPVO mounted in their lightweight Freedom Mount. If you are used to running an LPVO, you can run Saber without adding extra reps at the gym.

Sabers built in 1913 MIL STD Picatnny base only takes up 7 slots. No need to purchase a separate mount, they handled all of that already.
