Pistol Brace Injunction Clarification

The judge clarified his injunction in the Mock v. Garland case in regards to the ATF's pistol brace rule, set to begin on June 1st, which will turn millions of law-abiding gun owners into felons.

He clarified that this injunction applies to every member and customer of both the Firearms Policy Coalition and Maxim Defense LLC who were plaintiffs in the case.

Members of FPC would therefore be able to keep their braced pistols in the current configuration without violating the NFA until the case is settled.
