Mark Davis is the owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, an NFL team. Mark Davis took over as the principal owner of the Raiders following the passing of his father, Al Davis, in 2011. Under Mark Davis' ownership, the team relocated from Oakland, California, to Las Vegas, Nevada, and became known as the Las Vegas Raiders starting in the 2020 season. However, please note that I don't have information beyond September 2021, so there may have been changes or developments since then.
