Canada: PM Justin Trudeau addresses Federation of Canadian Municipalities – May 26, 2023

In Toronto, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delivers an address at the annual conference of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM). Mayors, councillors and municipal representatives from across Canada are gathering for the event in Toronto from May 25-28. The prime minister is introduced by Scott Pearce, first vice-president of the FCM.
