Rep. Johnson: We need to return to common sense on SNAP work requirement issue

Representative Dusty Johnson (R-SD) told CNN on Friday how the work requirement for SNAP benefits used to have broad bipartisan support. Rep. Johnson called out Democratic lawmakers who said they wouldn't vote for a bill requiring food stamps and added that they had likely already voted for them under different packages.
