it is a joke on mad tv they had this thing lowered expectations and brian would always joke psych ward conversations cause me and my brother danny would always say crazy things and then laugh and brian would joke how we live in a psych ward cause of the number of crazy people here lol. so Not in a psych ward I forgot to explain the joke lol.
