As much as I love diving deep into the minutiae of historical hair care practices, I realized that my videos have been missing an important element. What is that? We have so far missed mentioning the most fundamental healthy hair care basics.

We need to talk about these basics! Healthy hair care is like a pyramid. On the bottom layer are the basics - fundamental hair care practices that we need to understand and practice.
