Okay point number two is to literally just take the first step and get the ball rolling. A lot of people will say go and buy exercise gear to motivate you, go and buy workout plans, really plan out everything, super super in detail, but honestly that is just procrastination at its finest and trust me I'm a procrastinator so I know.

So very quickly you can either consume less calories than your body is burning and that means you'll be in a deficit here or you can exercise burning calories creating a deficit as well.
