Welcome to our head-to-toe MMA workout! In just 20 minutes, we'll be targeting your entire body, building strength and stamina while working up a sweat. These movements will challenge your coordination, agility, and balance while building functional strength and endurance. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds, with a short rest in between to keep the intensity high.
