❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Highlights of Russian Military Operation in Ukraine on May 25.

▪️Russian troops have launched massive kamikaze UAV strikes at military facilities in western regions of Ukraine.

Russian UAVs hit targets in Lviv, Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk. The Dnistrovskyi dustrict of the Chernivtsi region was de-energized.

▪️Russian signals intelligence equipment recorded the launch of seven «Mugin-5» UAVs from the Shkolny airfield near Odessa in the direction of Crimea.

All of the attacking UAVs were neutralized by the peninsula's air defence forces.

▪️The Kyiv regime continues shelling at border settlements in the Bryansk region.

In the village of Kurkovichi in the Starodubsk district, two residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged as a result of the shelling.

▪️Another Ukrainian UAV was shot by air defence forces as it aprroached Belgorod.

Local authorities claim there was no damage as a result of the incident

▪️The Russian Air Force launched a missile strike on military facilities of the AFU in and around Kharkiv.

Four powerful explosions were reported from the ground in the city and the nearby village of Tsyrkuny.

▪️An exchange of prisoners of war took place near Bakhmut between the Wagner PMC and the AFU.

In addition to the captured soldiers and officers, two bodies of foreign mercenaries were handed over to the AFU.

▪️In Bakhmut, Wagner PMC’s assault groups that had stormed the city have begun their withdrawal to the rear.

The withdrawal of forces is being carried out on a planned basis: the positions are transferred to the control of regular units of the Russian armed forces.
