How To Fix Pain In Back Of Your Neck

In this video I will show steps on how to fix pain in back of your neck. I hope you find these steps helpful because it worked for me.

My neck injury really hurt when I needed to lift something, when I was running or when I was jumping

First, I stretched my arm out forward by pulling my arm forward with another arm on each side. This helped me stretch those tight muscles in between my shoulder blades.

Second, stand up straight. Put one arm behind you and pull your head downwards very gently with the other arm. You should feel a relieving stretch on the side of your neck.

Third, rest your forearms on either side of your door frame. Step forward and let your chest stretch.

These stretches are targeting all opposite side of the injury location to ensure the injury area as relaxed as possible when the opposing area does not pull and apply pressure on my neck.

Now it's time to target the injury area and this is done by simply holding on to a pole or anything you can hold on to and allow you to hang backwards. Then let your head drop and it will stretch and relax your injured area.
