I decided to make this video a few weeks ago. All things were going according to my usual video production plan. It then hit me. What kind of Linguine with Clams am I going to make? The white? Which is very straight forward with a crisp, clean flavor. How about the Cream. Rich and satisfying in a comfort food way. Finally, I thought about the Red.
