Curse of Perfectionism: What is looks like and how to overcome it! #shorts

🤔 Have you ever struggled with perfectionism and procrastination?

I know I have. As someone with ADHD, it can be tough to break the cycle. But the truth is, we don't have to be perfect all the time!

From my experience, taking a pause and learning to let go of perfectionism is key.

➤ Start small, even if it's just for 15 or 20 minutes.
➤ Setting a goal and building momentum can make a big difference, and if we fail, it's okay!
➤ Laugh and try again.
➤ Remember, it's about the journey, not just the end result.

🤗 Embrace failure and learn from your mistakes.
