Dr. Marc Bochner, the owner and main instructor of Bochner’s Realistic Self-Defense Training & Fitness, has a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. He teaches martial arts for over 25 years and as a licensed Physical Therapist, he helps his clients to get into fitness while learning self-defense, he helps his clients get healthier regardless of their gender, age, and impairments. Bochner’s Studio specializes in modified fitness, martial arts, and self-defense sessions to adapt to their students’ needs, especially for people who have impairments or comorbidities diseases. He is an author and producer of multiple self-defense books and digital courses.
Dr. Marc Bochner is also the podcast host of Becoming A Better You Podcast. In this podcast, he interviews people who took massive actions to change their lives, gives tips to those who want to become a better version of themselves, and shares motivational messages and advice for physical and mental health.
